Fabrication
Our facility opened in 2005 (Expanded in 2016), combining precision-machined parts with custom welding fabrication.
The weld shop has WPS’s approved by:
- DNV
- Lloyds
- API
- ABS
- All pressure-containing components are hydrostatically tested.
- Structures are load tested.
- All testing is conducted and fully documented per customer or certifying agency requirements.
Our HSE staff maintains an awareness of safety in all of our employees through regularly scheduled daily safety briefings and frequent training sessions. We are members of ISNetworld, a global resource for connecting corporations with safe, reliable contractors/suppliers.
Our QA staff provides ongoing assessment of our fabrications at each step of the process. Meticulous documentation accompanies each piece of equipment.
